KENT WATSONMy story |
My present life
Have you ever experienced severe, dark depression, been on anti-psychotic drugs, and woke up every morning and thought that life was not worth living? Well, if so, you are not alone. My name is Kent Watson I help people with depression to living a balanced, stress-free life.
Today, I enjoy a balanced, stress-free life. Not that stress does not affect me daily; stress does. On most given days, I have enough calming moments throughout the day AND THROUGH MY SLEEP to balance constant daily stress reactions. I have learned simple skills that allow me to diffuse stress reactions when they occur. These skills I want to teach you.
Most stress occurs under the radar, where we are utterly unaware of stress reactions affecting our bodies. We cannot eliminate stress, but with practice, we can manage our stress. Within two minutes of a stressful event, we can synchronise our body’s nervous and hormonal systems. We balance our emotions, thoughts, and feeling energies. Today, I am calm, joyful and happy. How can I feel this way now since I spent three dark weeks in a mental institution a few years ago? How did I bring myself from severe depressive disorder to the calm, reflective peacefulness in my early morning photograph above? My life was not always that way.
I invite you to watch this thirty-minute video. Here you will learn a little about HeartMath, and you will see me as I am today.
