COVID-19 UPDATE
Due to the rapidly changing situation with COVID-19, I have cancelled all upcoming HeartMath courses until such a time as it is once again safe to be in physical community with one another. Once we have been able to resume normal activities, I will post an update here and on my Facebook page.
Now more than ever, knowing how to breathe in such a way that you can control your emotions (such as anxiety, worry, stress, fear etc.), is critical for a healthy life. Please stay tuned to my Facebook page over the coming weeks for tips and guidance to help you find and practice this breath, so that you can calm any inner chaos that you may be experiencing during this difficult time in our world.
